Questions courses ask
Do you take any of our tee times?
No. You pay a monthly fee and every tee time you sell is yours.
Who owns the golfer list?
You do. Export it any time and take it with you if you leave.
How does rain-risk pricing work?
When the forecast shows a medium or high chance of a rain-out, those tee times drop by a percentage you set. If you end up closing, golfers still get a rain check or refund, whichever you choose.
Who are Carry hosts?
Golfers who pass the Carry certification for playing ability, pace and etiquette. You decide whether to offer them and what discount they get.
Do golfers pay a booking fee?
Not on your course's own booking page.
What happens when a golfer doesn't show up?
If you hold cards or require prepayment, staff mark the no-show on the tee sheet and your fee is charged to the card on file.
